OUR STORY
They met in the late hours of the night at an after hours bar in Wynwood. Eli had gone to greet a familiar face he had spotted in the crowd, when he discovered Anna alongside her.
The acquaintance was made, and the night took a quick turn - new curiosities, quick-witted exchanges, growing intrigue, drinks, and dance moves were expressed for hours. The following day, Eli realized he had never asked for Anna's number! After scavenging social media, he finally found her. In the coming months, they would venture into every pocket of Miami - trying every hidden gem, gallery opening, forgotten architectural hideaways, attending costumed parties, birthdays, etc. They were different, but they shared a relentless, insatiable appetite for the unknown. There was always something more to learn, explore, exchange - most importantly, within one another. And, as it was, they soon became boyfriend and girlfriend.
Over the coming years, they would camp outdoors despite Anna's very real fear of bugs, watch the solar eclipse in Charleston, drive the Pacific Coast Highway where Eli, as the driver, would never have a moment to look away from the road, weave through every city on unofficial food tours, visit unexposed beaches and jungles, watch Eli graduate with honors from his triple degree graduate program, start new jobs, watch Anna start her own real estate group, find and nestle into their first home, tackle a global pandemic, and overcome unforeseen but very real health scares - together.

As Anais Nin once wrote, "each friend represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only this meeting that a new world is born" - they could not be more excited to merge their worlds in a weekend of festivities.
